Returns & Exchange Policy
If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your item(s) you can return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

We do not offer a refund or exchange on any sale/outlet items or BLACK FRIDAY sales.

Please ensure that when trying on garments be sure to not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other chemicals.

Any items that are returned to us not in the correct sale state or do not meet the right requirements will not be refunded or exchanged. All goods must be returned as received and in the original packaging.

All personalised items are non refundable so please double check the spelling of your items before ordering.
All pre-order deposits are also non refundable so please make sure that the description on the item is read and understood.

Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your item(s) to us and any shipping costs incurred for returning items. We advise using a recorded delivery service, we will not accept responsibility of any losses or delays in delivery. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, it is the buyers responsibility to cover return shipping. We will not take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid.

Once your item(s) have been received we will process the refund. Please allow up to 7 working days for your original payment method to be credited with the refunded amount.
When requesting an exchange, please note that all item(s) may not be available, if this is the case we will email you and request a refund.
